忘年会

部のメンバーと忘年会。色々あった今年を酒を交わしながら振り返る日本の文化ってやっぱりいいなー、と。来年退職しますが、個性溢れるこの濃いいメンバーと一緒に仕事ができて本当に良かった。いつまでもサラリーマン街道を外れた感じでみんなには突き進んで欲しいと願います。

An year end party with my colleagues. This is one of an important Japanese ritual called “Bonenkai” where workers look back their year’s work over Sake. I don’t know if other countries have these types of rituals, but I kind of like this, and I think these rituals they have in Japan make strong bonds between collegues.
