Artists “Melt Metal” made their way back to Japan. Thanks guys for all the support. Being alone in the condo, I had the time to make my branding strategies for an upcoming new BBQ store. For dinner I headed for an Udon shop in Waikiki, which is a block buster here. If you wanna go Big in Hawaii, Udon is not a bad idea.
ミルトミタルが帰国。本当にありがとう！お疲れ様でした。一人になり、次なるBBQのプランニングを企画書にまとめる。（まさかハワイに来てまで部屋にこもるとは 笑）夜はいつも行列を作っているワイキキの丸亀製麺へ。話を聞くと、外に行列があるものの、それでも今日はスローだと。カウンター裏の従業員だけで１２人。年間５億くらいの売上は行ってるのかもと推測。うどん県も良いけど、うどん州、うどん国と外に目をむけるのも良いかも？
・鉄板で演出。匂いと音でシズル。
・こどもメニューはおもちゃ付き。
・油跳ね防止の紙でラッピング。
Things are looking better everyday.

食事制限はあるものの食欲があることは良い事。レインボープレートはスゴイ量！
