Seems things are finally falling into pieces. The dots are starting to connect after a long period of inner silence.
As we are all an aggregated figures of others that surrounds us, it’s needless to say “People” are the only medium that brings “hints” to solve these perplexed scatters. This is one reason I value the power of “three” in business and creative. One to one relationship in business is important, but “three” dotted connections allows us to shape a “triangle” with space in between. This “space” I believe, gives us greater potentials of an unprecedented output.
今までバラバラだったビジネスの種がやっと熟成したみたいだ。体に入れた断片的な情報源が一気に繋がり始めた。
ヒントやきっかけをくれるのは、いつも外からの「人」だ。自分は、常に周囲の人間の「集合体」なのであって、自分一人の中から何かを生み出していると思うのは、独りよがりに過ぎない。だからこそ、どうやって３人くらいのチームを作れるかをいつも意識している。１対１の関係は、人間関係では良いけれど、ビジネスにおいては、まだ狭くて弱い。三角関係を作ることで、「線」がはじめて「面」となる。この面の中のスペースが広ければ広いほど、想像以上のアウトプットを生み出すことが可能になる訳だ。
